L ocation In office - USA - Illinois - Champaign Role Type Full time - Intern Period Summer 2025 About the Role As a software engineering intern at Everfox , you will have the opportunity to collaborat e with highly qualified cybersecurity engineering professionals to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of software development . You will become a member of a team committed to delivering superior results. Requirements We seek candidates who share our commit to our mission to protect our global customers against the most complex cyber challenges through innovative, high-assurance solutions that empower them to operate in an ever-changing cyber landscape. Other requirements include: Ability to obtain a US-Government -issued Secret s ecurity c learance . Current ly enrolled and pursuing a BS or higher in C omputer Science or related . Academic or previous work experience in Cybersecurity, or strong interest . Solid software development, debugging, and testing skills. Comfort in at least one programming language , preferably C, Java, or python. Strong verbal and written communication skills . Experience in Linux is a plus , particularly as a platform for software development or as a system a dministrator .
