Competitive pay based on time certified as a RBT with the BACB

Work 1:1 with clients, no group billing.
Full-time center based schedules
All supervision is done in person- never remote!
Student analyst program - no costs or binding agreements
Requirements
Active RBT certification or 40 hour RBT training certificate of completion
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field preferred (but not required).
Relevant experience working with children and children with special needs preferred.
Active driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Ability to pass a criminal background screening
Ability to work FULL-TIME: Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 am & 6pm

Able to travel to families' homes or a school if necessary
Ability to access our online video training platform by internet
Ability to sit on the floor, stand, squat, reach and lift up to 50 lbs.
