We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Assist with customer service-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role preferred
The pay range for this role is:
27 - 30 USD per hour(Meridian, ID 83642)
