Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups struggling with mental health issues and/or substance use disorders. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in developing personalized treatment plans and delivering evidence-based interventions in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Participate in treatment team meetings to review client progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
Offer psycho-education to clients and their families to enhance understanding and engagement in the treatment process.
Ensure all services are delivered in alignment with best practices, and adhere to ethical and legal guidelines.

Qualifications:
We are excitedly seeking Pre-Licensed and Licensed persons to join our team!
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Licensed in the state of Idaho as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) OR has completed clinical master's program and seeking pre-licensed position under supervision of licensed professional.
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with clients experiencing mental health or substance use disorders.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of evidence-based treatment models such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate, ethical, and motivated to help individuals on their journey to recovery.
