Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience treating various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care, and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. This role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and monitoring progress to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Provide orthopedic rehabilitation services.

- Utilize functional dry-needling techniques as appropriate.

- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to enhance mobility, strength, and function.

- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention techniques.

- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals.

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment interventions, and discharge plans in accordance with regulatory standards.

- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

- Current or acquirable state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

- Certification in CPR.

- Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and treat a diverse patient population.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Commitment to continuous professional development.

- Prior experience in an outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation setting is preferred.

Pay: $76,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
