Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: $37-45 per hour.

Essential Qualifications:

_Required:_
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Valid state Occupational Therapist license.
Current CPR certification.

_Preferred:_
Six months of experience in a long-term care environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments for therapy referrals, focusing on optimizing patients' functionality and skills.
Devise and execute tailored treatment plans, maintaining diligent documentation and communication with patients, families, and other professionals.
Mentor and oversee Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Rehab Aides, fostering their professional growth.
Play an integral role in interdisciplinary team collaborations, contributing to patient care, case management, and facility meetings.
Ensure consistent, punctual attendance to meet the needs of our patients and team.

Other Duties:
Provide high-quality occupational therapy services in line with physician orders.
Continually assess, plan, and adapt therapy interventions to achieve set goals.
