Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Ongoing Locum Assignment
Location: Boise, ID
Type: Locum Tenens, Full-Time

Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced CRNA for an immediate, ongoing assignment. This position offers a flexible schedule and weekend call requirements. The primary responsibility includes performing spinal blocks in a trauma-centered environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA looking for consistent work in a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to compassionate, community-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality anesthesia care, primarily performing spinal blocks.
Handle trauma cases and collaborate with surgical and medical teams in a fast-paced environment.
Participate in weekend and weeknight on-call rotations as needed:
Weekend Call: 24-hour pager call, 0700 Saturday or Sunday (Call 1 includes Monday post-call off; Call 2 does not include Monday post-call off).
Weeknight Call: At least once per week.
Conduct pre-operative assessments, manage anesthesia during surgeries, and monitor patient recovery.
Document care accurately in the EPIC EMR system.

Schedule Options:
Flexible shift options available:
5 days of 8-hour shifts, 4 days of 10-hour shifts, or 12-hour shifts.

Facility Details:
Operating Rooms: 17 Main ORs, 7 Day Surgery Centers (DSC), plus specialty areas including cath labs, radiology, and endoscopy suites.
Patient Demographics: Adolescent, child, adult, and geriatric, with 90%+ patients over the age of 12.

Requirements:
Current CRNA licensure in Idaho and NBCRNA certification.
Active DEA and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) required.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (verbal confirmation needed at presentation).
Experience with trauma cases, proficient in OB care, regional anesthesia, and able to work independently.
Idaho state license (preferred).
Must adhere to rate caps: $285 per hour (including malpractice), $1,000 beeper fee with $375 callback.
Full credentialing documentation, including MD diploma, board certifications, life support certifications (BLS), immunization records, case logs, and professional references.

Credentialing:
Credentialing process takes approximately 90 days. Providers are encouraged to have all documentation available upon acceptance to expedite onboarding.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, including malpractice coverage.
Additional call compensation as per rate caps.
