• HI license
• Must have adult Home Health experience, including OASIS documentation
• AHA BLS
• BSN
• Home Health experience required
• Minimum 3 years' Home Health leadership experience REQUIRED, 5+ preferred.
• Preferred: Masters degree in Business or Health Administration
• Electronic Documentation preferred

Monday through Friday, 0. Must have adult Home Health experience, including OASIS documentation. Minimum 3 years' Home Health leadership experience REQUIRED, 5+ preferred.
