As a Leader Training Program (LTP) Planner, you will support the coordination and conduct of quality training to coach, teach, and mentor brigade and battalion level commanders and staffs, during each LTP training event. You will support the preparation and coordination of small group instruction focused on individual and collective training in the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP). This role will also support the Regional Leader Development Program (RDLP) with planning, coordination, and evaluation of on-site and virtual training programs. You will work closely with the client and various joint and multi-national partners to manage preparation, conduct, and evaluation of Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) across the Pacific region. You Have: 10+ years of experience with Army and Joint Doctrine and Training Policy 4+ years of experience at the Brigade and Battalion level 2+ years of experience at the Division level or higher Experience as Battalion or Brigade Operations Officer, Executive Officer, or Sergeant Major Experience with planning and organizing leader development training Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Secret clearance Bachelor's degree MEL 4, ILE, CGSC, or Sergeants Major Academy Graduate Nice If You Have: Experience as Brigade XO/S3, Army Service School instructor, or as a Combat Training Center (CTC) Observer, Controller, Trainer (OC/T) Experience as an LTP Brigade or Battalion Coach Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Possession of excellent problem-solving skills Master's degree Senior Staff College or School of Advanced Military Studies Graduate Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
