Work you'll do : Support the client's information security by ensuring effective and efficient access management processes Provide assistance to the help desk, create documentation, engage with customers, and report metrics to contribute to the overall success of the ICAM program Respond to user inquiries related to access requests, identity management, and other ICAM-related issues Troubleshoot and resolve access-related problems in a timely and efficient manner Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ICAM processes, procedures, and best practices Create user guides to enhance understanding and adoption of ICAM processes Collect, analyze, and report key performance metrics related to ICAM operations Generate regular reports on access management activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement Present metrics and insights to team members and leadership for informed decision-making The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Interim or Full Clearance (Secret or above)
