IDIQ Service Order Construction Manager (Superintendent 1) - Honolulu, HI The IDIQ Service Order Construction Manager is responsible for the overall management of construction projects awarded under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Service Orders. This position requires the ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, and project closeout. The Construction Manager will work closely with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of construction projects awarded under IDIQ Service Orders, from initial planning to final closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, including safety and environmental regulations Work closely with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work and adherence to quality standards Communicate regularly with the client to provide project status updates and ensure their satisfaction with project progress Manage project change orders and scope changes to ensure they are properly documented and approved Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and project controls, to ensure successful project execution Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed in accordance with plans and specifications Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and daily reports Lead project meetings, including pre-construction, progress, and closeout meetings Ensure project closeout procedures are followed, including completion of punch lists, final inspections, and turnover of project documentation to the client Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred, but not required Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with specific experience managing IDIQ Service Order projects High School Diploma and 10+ years of experience Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain schedules and budgets Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Strong leadership and team-building skills, including the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software US Citizen with the ability to obtain a TS-SCI clearance with federal government. Active TS-SCI Preferred.
