The Sr. Marketing Manager, Pre-Arrival is responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs and promotions in order to achieve budgeted targets for tour bookings while maintaining budgeted costs.

SCHEDULE DETAILS:
Our Sr. Marketing Manager, Pre-Arrival will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Mentor, coach and train team members through shadowing and one on one training sessions. Must provide both positive and negative feedback in an effort to improve efficiencies, maximize production and to provide high quality customer service.
  • Responsible for conducting daily informational, motivational and/or training meetings with team members to help create a positive team environment.
  • Works with management to provide recommendations and/or develops operating procedures, training programs, incentives, and marketing programs.
  • Works to continually improve lead allocation process to ensure leads are going to the right marketing agent at the right time to increase overall tour flow. Also assigns leads as needed.
  • Review call data to provide solutions on how to increase efficiencies
  • Collaborate with site marketing and sales leaders to drive synergies to increase tour flow and net sales volume which involves travel to Oahu, Waikoloa, Maui and Kauai.
  • Assist with timely creation, posting, and/or adjusting of team member schedules.
  • Coach agents on performance, and issue verbal and written disciplinary or progressive counseling when needed
  • Opening and closing procedures including, which includes a rotation in the Manger on Duty schedule.
  • Handle customer questions, problems, complaints requiring management intervention.
  • Other administrative duties including management meetings, running reports and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of management experience within the timeshare/vacation ownership industry.
  • Ability to empower and train teams
  • Proven track record to exceed performance targets and deliver customer satisfaction
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to lead multiple duties and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to have positive daily interactions with others and influence skill set to achieve targeted goals
  • Inter-island travel every other month
  • Prior timeshare, hospitality, call center, sales or customer service experience

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • 5 years of timeshare/vacation ownership experience in marketing & sales
