Location: Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Waycross

Closing date: Open until filled

Annual Salary: $55,000

$1,000 signing bonus at hire; $4,000 retention bonus after completion of one year of employment. Additionally, those employees seeking Master's licensure will be allowed up to $500 reimbursement for the cost of study material and/or application/testing fees.

Job Description: Manages and directs the clinical activities and daily operations of a comprehensive behavioral health program. Oversee the program policies regarding participant involvement, requirements, and staff expectations. Managing a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) team requires a blend of clinical expertise, leadership abilities, organizational abilities, and knowledge of addiction treatment.

Schedule: Full time, Monday - hours days.

Competencies: Ability to delegate work, supervise and maintain day to day functions of a program. Ability to interpret state and federal rules, regulations, laws & policies to ensure operations uniformity. Ability to establish program goals, strategies, and priorities. Demonstrated advanced clinical skills. Ability to interpret data and reports related to program. Strong organizational skills are necessary to ensure that team resources are deployed effectively and that protocols are followed for the program. Ability to assess and manage clients undergoing MAT, including conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and providing counseling and support.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences (psychology, sociology, etc.) and minimum 4 years previous supervisory/leadership experience. Certification in addiction medicine or addiction counseling is preferred. This includes familiarity with evidence-based practices in MAT, such as the use of medications like methadone, buprenorphine, or naltrexone.
