Health Source Agency, Inc is looking for a Developmental Disabilities Professional (DDP) in
110 Eagle Spring drive
Stockbridge 30281.

Position Description: The Position of Developmental Disabilities Professional (DDP) is primarily responsible for providing individualized attention to each developmentally disabled consumer's person-centered goals, and to help each client achieve the highest possible developmental functioning level. The DDP will provide the oversight and monitoring required to maintain best-practices and compliance with program guidelines. The job requires close supervision of services rendered in consumers' homes or in Community.

Position: Full time / Part Time

Required skills:
All DDP RN must be trained in all required training identified in Part II, DBHDD Community Service Standards for All Developmental Disabilities Providers, Current DBHDD Provider Manual. Other required trainings for DDPs in their first year of employment include the basic overview of the following trainings:
Individual Service Planning
Supports Intensity Scale
Health Risk Screening Tool

DDP needs a minimum of 8 hours per year of additional DBHDD sponsored or other training in the area of Developmental Disabilities, not included in the Community Service Standards for All Developmental Disabilities Providers.
