Position Summary:
A Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work under the supervision of the Clinical Director and/or National Clinical Director. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, tracking and monitoring data, creating client programs, assessing client progress, parent training, coordination of care meetings and advocating for their client's. The BCBA will also provide supervision to Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) providing ABA therapy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments/Analyses as assigned.
Conduct standardized assessments as assigned and compose comprehensive assessment reports and documentation.
Develop treatment plans/BIPs for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Train caregivers and staff on the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans using competency-based training and documentation.
Track and input ongoing data on client behaviors and progress.
Graph, analyze, and interpret data on the occurrence of target behaviors and replacement behaviors.
Utilize the Central Reach platform for all documentation purposes, updating CR regularly and maintaining behavior-analytic graphs and Learning Tree's (client programs).
Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries/reports/updates within the requirements of funding source (e.g. insurance requirements).
Complete timely and comprehensive session notes (service logs) documenting how services were delivered and what occurred during the time services were provided.
Train, model, and provide feedback on the implementation of the behavior plan to caregivers.
Provide supervision for at least 10% of direct therapy implemented by the RBT weekly.
Assess clients' needs for therapy and provide ongoing treatment.
Participate in coordination of care meetings as per funding source requirements.
Participate in monthly check-in meetings with the National Clinical Director.
Conduct quarterly performance reviews for all supervisees.
Participate in peer reviews, appeals, and/or any other necessary meetings or requirements set forth by funding source (e.g. insurance company).
Remaining up to date with insurance requirements.
Tracking all pertinent due dates for behavior-analytic documentation and reauthorizations.
Maintain certification by obtaining necessary continuing education credits (CEUs) as specified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)

Qualifications:
Experience:
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience with children/adolescents with autism and/or developmental disabilities
Some exceptions may apply
Must possess strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Must have experience working with children and young adults diagnosed with ASD and/or associated developmental disabilities.
Education:
Must possess a master's degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology or related field.
Must have and maintain a valid BCBA certification.
LBA is required dependent on state requirement
Related Training:
Responsible for completing and maintaining all required certifications and training once employed including, but not limited to: Safety Care, CPR, Fingerprinting & Background Checks, BCBA and RBT training and other company in-services and trainings.
