Job Description:

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Take the lead in ensuring accurate and timely revenue accounting transactions and assist in the preparation of revenue financial statements.

Become the go-to expert on customer contracts within the Finance Department, guiding new customer setup, service adjustments, and billing implementations.

Manage month-end journal entries related to revenue and oversee the reconciliation processes that keep our books balanced and our stakeholders informed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Commercial, IT, Legal, and HR to provide financial guidance and support, fostering an environment of seamless communication and efficiency.

Play a pivotal role in financial forecasting, reporting, and audits, bringing your analytical prowess and problem-solving skills to the forefront.

Champion improvement projects within the revenue accounting sphere, identifying opportunities for process enhancements, and leading the charge towards implementation.

Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Holding a CPA and/or an MBA/MA will give you an edge.

At least 7 years of relevant accounting experience, with a deep understanding of US GAAP / IFRS and a proven ability to navigate the complexities of global finance.

A competent grasp of COSO 2013 Framework and/or experience maintaining SOX compliance in a public company setting.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Applications & Tools and an aptitude for quickly mastering various subsidiary ledger software systems.

An agile mindset, ready to adapt and evolve with the ever-changing landscape of global logistics.

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE

Advanced Excel skills to manipulate data and derive insights.

Experience in an Agile working environment, with a track record of actively identifying and implementing change.

A willingness to travel as required to support business needs and foster team collaboration.
