Job Summary: This position is responsible for new Team Members Orientation at the Ole Mexican Foods Corporate Facility Duties/Responsibilities:

• To conduct and continually improve classroom orientation programs
• Ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed in a timely manner and filed
• Accurately track time and attendance of new team members while in orientation
• Become a liaison between managers and employees
• Plant walkthrough (twice a day) and Report any GMPS and Safety findings

Required Skills/Abilities: Bilingual: Spanish and English Qualifications and Recommended Skills:

• Must be comfortable in presenting material to large groups
• Previous training experience
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional communication and demeanor
• Ability to present ideas, concepts, issues, concerns, and questions in a well thought out, positive, and professional manner to employees
• Excellence presentation skills and ability to foster an atmosphere of teamwork with others
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently
• Must be willing to work in a plant/industrial environment.
