gpac, a family owned, family run search firm is partnered with a reputable Fire Protection company, in Georgia, who is actively looking to grow their already established team with a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager. This Fire Sprinkler Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of fire protection specific projects which will include:

• Sales
• Design
• Estimating
• Field Work

If you can bring a project from "cradle to grave," then this is the role for you.

The Fire Sprinkler Project Manager will:

• Work to grow relationships and market share in the fire protection segment.
• Develop and maintain client and partner relationships through building trust and providing high levels of service.
• Plan, coordinate, communicate and facilitate activities of several disciplines on multiple projects from concept through completion.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Manage and perform project delivery, including, budgeting, maintaining schedules, meeting budget objectives, communicating and meeting deadlines.
• Promote safe work environments.

Fire Sprinkler Project Manager Qualifications:

• NICET II
• Experience in the Fire Protection Field and Project Management
• Experience in Industrial and/or Heavy Commercial Fire Protection
• Experience in Estimating, Project Management, Scheduling, billing, schedule of values and profit projections.
• Efficiency in reading and understanding design drawings.
• Read & understand contracts.
• Understand specifications and create proposals for clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record.

Fire Sprinkler Project Manager Salary & Benefits:

• $80,000 - $120,000 - Depending on Experience
• 3 Annual Bonuses
