License & Experience:

We are currently searching for a Lead Office Coordinator. This position requires great customer service skills as well as the ability to multitask. Ideal candidates will enjoy working as part of a team environment, have a love of working with people, and have good organizational and communication skills. Some medical experience is preferred.

The Lead OC is responsible for:

Providing support and guidance to assigned OCs and help carry out policies, procedures and
workflow of the front office to maintain efficiency. This is to include providing additional support,
guidance and training in areas that may need additional instruction outside of the initial training
and through the year.

Providing training of new hired OCs.

Providing coverage for OCs in their offices.

Ensure all authorization needs for their assigned offices are met by being a liaison between the
office and authorizations team. This is to include running reports for ending authorizations and
communicating with the office and authorization submission team in regards to what has been
missed or will be missed. Communicating with the OCs and clinicians by notifying them of what
notes are needed to be completed to avoid missing deadlines.

Holding monthly meetings with OCs and Clinic Managers to discuss conversion rate, copay
collection, authorization write offs and strategies of improving auth write offs, average
reimbursed charge, NPS score, Note completion.

Ensuring all items on Lead OC scoreCard are met.

Preferred Skills:

Proficient in typing

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, and Outlook Applications

Highly organized and schedule driven

Flexible with daily tasks

Ability to work under deadlines and maintain critical thinking skills

Possess strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and good judgment

Must possess strong customer service skills (phone and in person)
