Job Description:

We are seeking a Gutter Scheduler to join our team! In this role, you will coordinate the scheduling of gutter installations, repairs, and service appointments for our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate gutter installation and repair appointments with customers.

Communicate with customers to confirm and adjust appointment times as needed.

Work closely with the installation team to ensure smooth operations and proper job timing.

Track and manage the schedule using scheduling software and internal systems.

Address customer inquiries related to appointment schedules and service timelines.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including updating job records and maintaining accurate logs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in scheduling, customer service, or a similar role.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
