Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee the management of our raw materials and finished goods warehouses. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, managing discrepancies between physical stock and system records, and identifying and resolving root causes of inventory variances. This role will also involve reconciling inventory differences between SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management System) and leading the cycle count program.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily inventory control processes for raw materials and finished goods warehouses

Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical and system inventory (SAP/WMS) and take corrective actions

Manage cycle count programs to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance

Perform root cause analysis on inventory variances and implement solutions to prevent recurrence

Reconcile SAP and WMS inventory data, ensuring alignment between systems

Collaborate with warehouse staff, operations teams, and other departments to optimize inventory processes

Prepare and present inventory reports to senior management

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Requirements

High School GED Required

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred

5+ years of logistics or warehouse operation experience, with a focus on inventory management, is preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role.

Strong understanding of inventory management principles, cycle counting, and reconciliation processes.

Experience working with SAP and WMS is essential.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Korean Bilingual preferred

Ability to Travel: up to 10 % in U.S.

Required to work on-site: 300 Nexus Dr., Dalton, GA 30721 (Onsite)

Working Conditions

This position is primarily based in a 24/7 manufacturing facility and may require changing shifts

This role may involve working outside of regular business hours to meet deadlines or address operational issues.
