Overview:
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Cartersville Distribution Center located in Cartersville, GA. Chick-fil-A Supply is a distribution service provider focused entirely on serving the unique needs of Chick-fil-A restaurants. We are in the early stages of development and is a dynamic, fast-paced work environment focused on launching this new service to Restaurants across the nation and we're looking for the best Team Members in our industry! to learn more about Chick-fil-A Supply!

Schedule: Monday through Saturday from 4:00AM - 9:00PM until the work is done:

4 Day Workweek (4x10 hour days)

The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays.

Location:

Pay: Starting at $20.75 per hour

Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Efficiency and Organization: You'll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.

Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.

Communication and Care: Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.

Additional Opportunities and Professional Development: Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (-10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!

Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:
Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus.
