KPS Job ID Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Site Project Manager with Secret Clearance to support KPS and our government customer in Glynco, GA. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to: Accurately maintain all field file records of assigned employees. These records may include, but are not limited to, time and attendance, disciplinary actions, promotions, demotions, commendations, status/payroll changes. Directly or indirectly oversee all security personnel at respective site. Accountable for the proper use and maintenance of all equipment. Administer instructions to contract personnel assigned to the site and assure that all officers are familiar with facility and respective duties. Maintain complete knowledge of the site, all building and facilities, post orders, emergency contact list, emergency procedures, special instructions and all post duties at the site. Advise the Project Manager of any relevant information that he/she feels should be included in the post orders. Responsible for ensuring any major incident is placed on a separate incident report and reviewing it before distribution. Ensure that the contract team meets its contractual obligations. Facilitate distribution and understanding of new, changed, or special instructions to all site officers. Promptly notify the contract leadership of all unusual or emergency situations according to post orders and company policy. Follow all company personnel and safety policies and perform all assigned duties in a safe, professional manner. Notify the Project Manager of any outdated material contained in the post orders. Manage the staffing of posts at the site to ensure complete coverage. This includes, but is not limited to, coverage for vacations, illness, and call-offs. Must exercise leadership, maintain high morale, direct and inspect the performance of contract personnel. Oversee the scheduling of work distribution and training and answer work related questions. Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must be previously fully commissioned by an accredited law enforcement agency or possess a Diploma or Certificate as a graduate of a Federal, State, local or military service approved/recognized basic law enforcement or a physical security academy. Capable of obtaining a National Security Clearance at the Secret level. Must satisfactorily be capable of completing Physical Agility Testing (PAT) and Weapons Qualifications prior to assuming duties. Education: Minimum of a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice, or a minimum of 10 years' experience in law enforcement or a security related area. Working Environment & Conditions This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
