Tactica Solutions is seeking a qualified Staff Specialist to serve as the 116th MIB's primary capabilities development officer for the MQ-1C Gray Eagle aerial-ISR platform supporting Brigade UAS operations and modernization. This is a Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) position performing on Government site at Ft. Eisenhower, GA with occasional travel as needed. Typical Job Duties and Tasks: Primary point of contact between 116th MI BDE and members of the Acquisitions and Science & Technology communities including DA-G2, PEO IEWS, PEO Aviation, and HQINSCOM. As required, attend, and represent the Brigade in meetings, video teleconferences, working groups, forums, and technical exchanges. Assists in preparation of reports for senior leadership with measures of effectiveness and measures or performance data derived from analysis of various multi discipline intelligence collection payloads. Prepare briefings and presentations in support of Brigade requirements or as directed by Brigade S-3 staff. Manage and coordinate the command's MQ-1C participation in key modernization events. Develop aerial ISR support plans for exercises and multi-INT testing events. Requirements - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities At least one (3) years of experience with medium altitude long endurance UAS. (MQ-1C Gray Eagle preferred) Project management experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be willing to work any shift. Required Security Clearance Top Secret/SCI clearance Job Location Ft.
