The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a qualified Collection/Reporter Senior Mentor who is looking for a challenge and interested in working in a team environment. This position is on a future contract. Candidates must be willing to work in the Augusta, GA area.

Primary Responsibilities

The Collection/Reporter Senior Mentor shall provide on-site and 24/7/365 real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain currency records for JOIO operators, course curriculum, and training references; provide the government with advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world missions; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of tactical, near-real-time reporting and ground/airborne/spaceborne collection.

Basic Qualifications

• BA degree and 8 - 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 - 10 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Possess five years of operational or instructional experience within the last seven years related to real time multi-aperture collection operations and time-sensitive reporting, product reporting, and Preliminary Mission Summaries (PREMS).

• Subject Matter Expertise to instruct others in time-sensitive reporting.

• Operational experience in using multiple SIGINT reporting tools and the standard SIGINT Writing style.

• Experience in Time/Frequency Difference of Arrival Geolocation Operations.

• Demonstrated knowledge in Real-time ground/airborne/spaceborne RF collection operations.

• Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications

• NSA, SCE, or industry equivalent instructor certification.

• Current NSA or SCE collection or geolocation certifications.

Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
