HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 1 year+ contract in Atlanta. This position will be on-site at least 4 days per week. The Project Manager role will be part of the North America Business Transformation team that will partner with Executive Sponsors & NA Functional Leaders and ensure the successful and on-time delivery of Client Business priorities, while meeting financial commitments. This includes ensuring the project teams are clear on scope, have the appropriate governance structure, and are effectively building achievable timelines that incorporate required change management, identifying risks, driving mitigating actions, and overcoming resource constraints to help sustain the program long-term and ultimately achieve the business' growth targets.

YOU WILL: (List in order of priority)

  • Partner with business leaders and /Project Exec Sponsors, Program managers, and Leaders to develop, execute, and implement the projects and business priorities.

  • Adhere established governance, scope, project timelines, and milestones for each project assigned

  • Incorporate key tenants of change management into the implementation in each project being delivered

  • Be quick and agile in escalations to the right stakeholders on the keys risks and issues

  • Maintain detailed project plans, action plans, RAID logs through using Smartsheets and other potential portfolio management tool on a daily basis

  • Strategic Planning & Alignment: Implement and manage the Hoshin Kanri process to ensure alignment between the company's strategic objectives and operational goals (This is a bonus- not required)

  • Agile Project Management: Lead and oversee multiple projects with an Agile framework.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and team members, to ensure projects meet organizational objectives.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing Lean and Agile principles to streamline processes and optimize team performance.

  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential challenges are proactively managed.

  • Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project success and organizational effectiveness.

  • Coaching & Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior project managers and team members, fostering professional development and growth.

  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives by facilitating communication, managing expectations, and minimizing resistance across the organization.

  • Partner with Enterprise Planning Leader and Functional Leaders to Manage Project Resources


IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • 7-10 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager leading multiple projects or large, business-wide transformational programs. Preferably in Hoshin Kanri led transformation planning set up.

  • Experience in managing projects with global and/or cross-functional responsibility

  • Documented experience in negotiating and resolving complex issues and risks

  • Experience in estimating work efforts and/or resource capacity planning in a professional services environment

  • Specific experience designing and leading the execution of internally-focused and externally-focused change/communications strategy

  • Documented experience in negotiating and resolving complex issues and risks


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PMP certification

  • Certification or professional knowledge of Smartsheets Project Management and Resource Management modules

  • Change Management (Any OCM Certification is desired)
