We are seeking an exceptionally talented Sr. Network Architect to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a key leadership role in our network's architecture, focusing on automation, cloud networking, and network as code. We are looking for someone passionate about networking, eager to learn and implement new technologies, and driven to help us advance our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and document next-generation networks, including multi-cloud and SDWAN.
• Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices.
• Monitor network performance to ensure stability and integrity.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues within cloud and local infrastructures.
• Design and implement automated tasks, monitoring their effectiveness.
• Mentor team members on technical issues.
• Develop, oversee, and test security measures, including access authentication and disaster recovery.
• Communicate with end users and peers globally to ensure seamless network operations.
• Maintain and update comprehensive technical documentation.
• Suggest and implement improvements for network performance, capacity, and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry-related experience as a Senior Network Architect, specializing in designing and deploying functional networks.
• Professional certification (e.g., CCNP, CCIE).
• Strong understanding of network operating systems (e.g., Cisco IOS, Cisco NS-OX, Juniper JUNOS).
• Extensive experience in network administration and architecture.
• Expertise in Azure and AWS cloud design and networking.
• Deep knowledge of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (emphasis on BGP and OSPF).
• Familiarity with access control models and network security practices.
• Proficiency in coding languages for scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Ansible).
• Understanding of DevOps philosophies, practices, and tools.
• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., LogicMonitor).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to mentor and organize team efforts.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Nautobot and its application in network automation.

Additional Details
The base salary range for this position is $175k - 200k annually, depending on experience.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
