The Issuer Processing function at Visa is focused on providing value added solutions to our processing clients. Visa DPS, Visa's primary Issuer Processing asset, is the largest Issuer Processor of Visa transactions with over 3B transactions processed in 2018 representing over 1.2T in payments volume. Seeking a driven and innovative team member to further develop Visa DPS Debit products and services.

The Senior Manager, ATM Product Management is an individual contributor and member of a high performing Visa DPS Debit processing services team responsible for product development of card services and payment scheme transaction services.

Essential Functions

You will plan, develop, and deploy DPS ATM Processing roadmap product/features and enhance existing capabilities in accordance with product strategy and roadmap to ensure delivery of market leading ATM processing services for DPS FI clients standard ATM and ITM user interfaces and feature sets.

You will develop and support client facing operational tools such as electronic journal, campaign, settlement, and ATM performance monitoring tools.

You will deliver executable business requirements or user stories, collaborate with development, quality assurance, certification, and other groups to ensure successful delivery of the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

You will participate in cross-functional initiatives where influence, leadership, and collaboration are keys to success and timely delivery of business objectives.

You will complete competitive assessments and maintain a roadmap of product delivery plans.

Establish and maintain partnership relationships on business and technical level with key ATM vendor partners.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
