About The Role: The Senior Integrations Engineer- Tech Lead will lead our newly formed integrations team in developing a cutting-edge framework to power Rev.io's flagship PSA application and product suite. As tech lead, you'll architect solutions, mentor team members, and shape the future of our integrations capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement a scalable integrations framework from the ground up

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 3 engineers

Design and develop robust connections to third-party API services

Establish and enforce best practices for integration design, development, and documentation

Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to align solutions with business objectives

Oversee end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring timely completion

Drive innovation in our integration strategies and technologies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

5+ years of software development experience, with a focus on integrations and API connectivity

Proven track record of designing and implementing integrations frameworks from scratch

Strong programming skills in at least one of the following: .NET, C#, Python, or Java

Experience with data engineering concepts and practices

Proficiency in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes

Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and other integration technologies

Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi

Familiarity with enterprise systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM/ERP platforms

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex integration challenges

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies

Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Experience in the telecommunications or SaaS industry
