Are you an experienced Senior Compliance Manager interested in a full-time, contract job opportunity in Atlanta, GA? The Senior Compliance Manager is responsible for maturing the company’s compliance programs. The ideal candidate must continuously assess the compliance program’s data, processes, development, and implementation through quarterly audits and reports of the compliance program’s successes and develop opportunities. Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant corporate compliance and ethics experience or the functional equivalent including experience in the following areas: ethics and compliance program development, policy development, project management, training and awareness, program analytics/metrics, 3rd party due diligence and conflict of interest review

  • Proven effectiveness in identifying, developing and implementing scalable/sustainable process and other continuous improvements to achieve organization efficiencies and increase effectiveness

  • Strong communication skills including written and verbal communications, presenting training materials and developing communications and supporting materials

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and manage dockets and deadlines.

  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Pay: $45-55/hr.
