WHAT IS THE JOB?

As a Senior Associate, Distribution Center in our Atlanta Warehouse, you'll be responsible for overseeing and facilitating the returns process, throughout all three channels web, wholesale and photo returns. You will be helping fuel the entire enterprise by making sure merchandise is processed efficiently and with attention to detail with an emphasis on operational rigor and inventory excellence. This is a full-time, hourly position.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Unpacking and inspecting returned merchandise.
  • Receiving merchandise on computer system or other company RF device.
  • Refold and prepare merchandise to company guidelines.
  • Capable of working in a team environment, and in various departments across the facility.
  • Communicate returns issues to Customer Experience, Supervisor, and Manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all departments throughout the enterprise.
  • .Other tasks are required to meet team goals and KPI.

  • Ability to consistently lift packages of 20 pounds or more and work on your feet most of the time.
