JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for guaranteeing our customer promise by managing the administration of orders from our Integrators, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines (on-time delivery, on-time promise, on-time invoicing).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders from Integrators in terms of quality and deadlines: on time delivery, promise, and invoices
2. Monitor and manage customer order follow-up in line with company commitments and internal processes
3. Monitor and manage customer order follow-up in line with company commitments and internal processes, including creating Sales Orders from Customer Purchase Orders, booking transport, managing reception and invoicing
4. Monitor and manage procurement order follow-up in line with company commitments and internal processes, including creating Purchase Orders, booking transport, managing reception
5. Follow up with tracking and provide shipment information when needed
6. Communicate regularly to customers on order status and any issues
7. Manage local Product stock of finished products (purchase orders, stock reconciliation, stock checks, 3PL invoice checks)
8. Manage Product fleets for rentals (asset allocation, contract management, sales orders, transport, repair order, invoicing)
9. Assist in resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, and invoices
10. Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
11. And any other tasks relevant for this position

ESSENTAIL FUNCTIONS

1. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
2. Position Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a computer, copier, and printer
3. The person in this position frequently communicates with other departments. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
