Job Title: Privacy Impact Assessment Analyst

Location: Charlotte or Atlanta - 1 day remote

Pay Range: $73

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) as needed and within the service level agreement timeframe.

This role is to perform CTR-54921, Enterprise Change Risk Privacy Impact Assessment. If we do not complete this work, Truist is at risk for noncompliance and/or the inability to evidence compliance with federal and state privacy regulations, including but not limited to TCPA, CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, FCRA/FDCPA, HIPAA/HITECH, COPPA, and Dodd-Frank. This cannot be completed with existing bandwidth as current contractors and employee are aligned to in-progress engagements and BAU control activities, with no capacity for additional work. Skill set does not drive position requirements, but rather the position requires someone with a specific skill set in privacy risk and compliance program and control design in order to be successful in the role.

Required:

The position requires someone with a specific skill set in privacy risk and compliance program and control design in order to be successful in the role; at least 7 years working in data privacy at a financial institution, fintech or insurance company.

Nice to Have:

Six sigma green belt, IAPP CIPP (or CIPM) certification or simiar foundations of privacy training. PMP certification would be helpful. Experience leading a project from end to end. Experience completing privacy impact assessments.
