This client is a growing international full-service CDMO/CRO within the biotechnology space looking to aggressively expand its footprint in the US. The company has a strong base of API/Small Molecule, Biologics, Clinical Research, Bioanalytical Sciences, DMPK, Cell and Gene Therapy and other capability centers across the US. This business has developed a fantastic brand in the US through exceptional service which drives repeat business.

Description

  • Create Engaging Content: Transform intricate scientific ideas into captivating narratives that connect with their audience.
  • Drive Marketing Initiatives: Design and implement integrated campaigns across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility and attract new leads.
  • Work with Scientists: Collaborate with our research and development team to produce compelling content that highlights their expertise.
  • Evaluate and Improve: Monitor marketing performance, analyze trends, and fine-tune strategies for optimal results.
  • Promote Our Brand: Oversee their representation at industry conferences and events.

Profile

  • Educational Qualifications: A degree in chemistry or a related discipline is required.
  • Professional Experience: At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in small molecule CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Capable of presenting complex scientific concepts to a variety of audiences effectively.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Committed to staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
  • Team Player: Thrives in collaborative environments, working well with cross-functional teams and external partners, with flexibility for travel as needed.
