We are seeking a proactive Copy Site Supervisor with office services and copy/mail experience/shipping & receiving experience who is ready to step into a team leadership role! You will oversee and execute all site operations pertaining to office services and mail-copy support & production. Prior management experience is preferred - ideal candidates will be ready to grow their career/existing skills in office services and take advantage of our cross-training programs toward advancement opportunities!
WORK HOURS: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
NO WEEKENDS & 2 WEEKS PAID VACATION!
COMPENSATION: $20.00-$25.00/HR D.O.E.

Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities for the Site Supervisor is to oversee the Mail & Copy Center operation to ensure all work is produced accurately & on time. Maintaining up to date and accurate records of all site operations, and communicating daily with clients and direct report employees.
People Management - Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met in regards to on-time delivery of services and quality of work, manage/train/coach employees to develop a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction, and ensure the proper and safe use of all equipment used by employees.
Client Relationship Management - Maintain effective written and oral communications with both clients and employees, and accurately prepare and distribute management reports to the client in a timely and consistent manner.
Account Management - Pro-actively and consistently develop new procedures to improve the operation of the site and to lower operating costs; maximize productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures, and manage the budget and control expenses.
Other tasks as assigned.
Must have 2-3yrs experience operating copiers producing & printing reports, binding, collating, QC each job
Mail, & Shipping & Receiving experience; Must have excellent Customer Service skills
Experience managing - coaching staff in a Team environment that develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction

Ensures all work standards are met on a consistent basis; Ensures all work standards are met on a consistent basis by IST site employees

Qualifications:
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and or some college
3 Years experience working in a professional office environment a huge plus
One to four years experience supervising or managing similar operations
Litigation Copying/scanning/mailing, Xerox equipment experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and familiarity with computer basics is preferred.
Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and other employees both one-on-one and during meetings; Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train employees
Ability to prepare reports and present information to customers
Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems; Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service; Must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities
A valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
Lifting up to 55 pounds; Standing for long periods of time; Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
