Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description - other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.

  • Uses QAD to manage warehouse tasks ensuring all tasks are completed according to schedule and within established budget.
  • Meet customer expectations and Tsubaki commitments for On Time Delivery, Quality and Customer Service.
  • Ensure all established procedures and company policies are followed.
  • Schedules chain cutting, specialized equipment and hand tools to cut chain to attain On Time Delivery Goals.
  • Picking, packing and shipping of customer sales orders and distribution orders. Utilizes QAD and RF guns to fill orders.
  • Receives inbound stock items and puts away inbound receipts to storage locations.
  • Operates material handling equipment, including forklifts, stock pickers and other types of equipment as required.
  • Performs cycle counts of locations and items as assigned.
  • Other tasks/functions as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 to 7 years of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Communicates clearly with others.
  • Conducts self professionally and ethically.
  • Places a high emphasis on excellent customer service.
  • Works independently and able to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Fosters and supports a teamwork environment.
  • Places a high emphasis on safety.
  • Acts positively upon constructive criticism and coaching.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in adapting to changing situations.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • General computer literacy.
