HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

The Global Program Manager of Talent Development role blends a consulting mindset with L&D expertise. We're seeking an innovative professional to spearhead our talent development initiatives, crafting programs that foster a diverse, high-performing workforce. The ideal candidate excels in ambiguous environments, bringing a consultative approach to diagnose needs and design impactful learning solutions. This agile strategist will build scalable L&D foundations while adeptly managing stakeholder expectations. We need a resilient self-starter who views challenges as opportunities, ready to evolve our L&D function into a key business driver. You'll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • A University degree or equivalent experience and certifications.

  • 5+ years of experience working in a global learning environment.

  • Work efficiently, effectively, and pro-actively in a fast paced, deadline orientated, dynamic and virtual environment.

  • Work in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating on key deliverables specifically in support of training.

  • Develop impactful programs within a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

  • Passion for learning and developing people to reach their potential.

  • Drive for results through measuring impact with data.

  • Have an understanding that Talent Development is a critical part of business success not a cost center.

  • Ability to travel as needed to support business growth and operations.

Communication - provides clear messaging through emails, NH Weekly updates, power point presentations, etc. to inform and influence the business.

Cultural Awareness - demonstrates and utilizes an awareness of our culture and how data impacts, informs, and influences our culture.
