Job description

Seeking a Vehicle Programs Specialist/Fleet Broker for a long-term contract position. Onsite with the possibility to go Hybrid after training. Must be in the Atlanta, GA area.

The Vehicle Programs Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire asset life cycle, from procurement to remarketing. Your role will involve working with vendors, OEMs, and maintenance facilities to ensure assets meet our operational and financial needs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee asset-related processes such as remarketing, aftermarket equipment installation, and other logistic requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, OEMs, and maintenance facilities to ensure timely delivery, accurate specifications, and adherence to policies.
• Manage vendor performance, emphasizing timelines, quality, value, and innovation.
• Consult with stakeholders to provide reporting that maximizes visibility into asset status and financial impact.
• Stay updated on device developments and train users on new and existing features.
• Ensure accurate billing and timely payment processing.
• Maintain and update asset status and details in the database promptly.
• Collaborate in building and creating automations within the systems involving vendors and OEMs.
• Will assist the Title and Registration team with administrative tasks and support the fleet operations team with updates and reporting.
