Job description

Our client is seeking a Digital Content Specialist who has experience in project management of digital content and a proven ability to effectively manage campaigns from briefing through final creative delivery. The Digital Content Specialist will leverage their deep understanding of the digital process and requirements to launch best-in-class drivers in support of our most important business launches. This role requires an experienced background in project management of paid media and organic social content (organic or paid) and a proven ability to effectively manage multiples pieces of content in multiple social media platforms. This individual is a highly organized self-starter who can collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Creative, Marketing, Merchandising and third-party vendors in the development and execution of campaigns. This role requires an ability to communicate strongly and effectively with internal and cross-functional teams to drive decisions and next steps.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gathering and filtering of feedback from multiple parties, managing execution of changes within the appropriate deadlines

  • Exercise clear communication with various cross-functional partners, clarifying requirements, creating/managing resources, schedules and expectations

  • Prepares and delivers final creative assets to on-site social publishing tool or cross-functional partners for native channel posting as needed

  • Exercises quality control for each post, pin, and story

  • Builds strong teams and partnerships

  • Facilitate internal and cross-functional reviews, intake feedback and execute follow-ups with various partners. (Interface frequently with Copy, Merchandising, Marketing and Design)

  • Responsible for using Confluence, Smartsheet, SharePoint and other project tracking tools to manage workflow

  • Cultivate and maintain positive and productive relationships with creative, merchant and marketing partners across domestic and international, ensuring seamless communication

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and track to deadlines

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects and prioritize

  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to self-manage with stellar time-management skills

  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to collaborate

  • Experience working with clients and delivering on their expectations

  • Skillful in creative problem solving and negotiating deadlines

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of digital production experience

  • Experience in online advertising production for standard and rich media and/or social media

  • Some experience with a major consumer brand (agency experience acceptable), Retail/ecommerce experience a plus

  • Ability to approach issues with flexibility; should be very agile with change management

  • Highly functional in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, Teams, and Mobile

  • Experience with Atlassian Confluence or other CMS a plus.

  • Negotiating skills a plus.

  • Some experience proofreading
