POSITION: Data Solution Leader

STATUS: Full-Time; Salaried/Exempt

REPORTS TO: Global IT Director

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data architecture definition and design

Assessment of ETL or data tool needed based on the requirement

4 main systems (ERP, CRM, BI/DataWH, Consolidation)Establishing & leading the data governance with the BA and functions

Leads the definition & management of critical data structures (domains, glossaries, models)

Leads the definition and organization of the data management activities within Artemyn

Leads the development, publishing and maintenance of the organization's information architecture, as well as a roadmap for its future development, ensuring that it matches and supports business needs

Consolidate the data management roadmap & data integration priorities & opportunities

Leads definition & execution of data quality improvements plans

Leads the definition of data related policies

Coordinate the effective implementation within business and functions of the agreed policies, plans and data related definitions

Fosters the creation of a data-driven culture, related competencies and data literacy across the enterprise

Builds use cases for introduction of analytics, new practices & functionalities (data science, predictive, AI)

Identify new kinds, types and sources of data to enable business innovation throughout the organization

Leads regulatory and compliance programs related to data assets

Perform other duties as assigned by Global IT Director

OTHER IMPORTANT FUNCTIONS:

Business & functions management teams

Finance management team

Business Intelligence teams

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree

5-8 years of practical experience in Business Intelligence and data related initiatives in large heterogeneous enterprise level organizations

Experience in influence of a network of stakeholders in a matrix organization

Fluent or native English speaker

Strong leadership with the ability to draw and embody a strategic vision

Strong ability to outline why good data management practices are essential to Artemyn success and detail what it means practically

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Interpersonal and collaborative skills

Ability to proactively communicate detailed information to management and project team

Ability to drive change

Strong organizational and resource management skills

Problem solving ability with a rigorous mind-set
