Schedule: Shift 1, M-F (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Provides ongoing support to all aspects of the Corporate Travel program (CTP) at ALSAC. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, direct support of ALSAC travelers, travel issue resolution, management of cases in the online booking tool and creation of custom reports. Requires strong customer service skills, technological savvy, attention to detail and an open and collaborative mindset. Previous travel analyst experience strongly preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Directly supports enterprise travelers on ALSAC-related business, including administration of online travel booking tool, management of traveler issues, unused tickets, support of special events and escalation as required.

  • Assists with development and administration of travel-related tools, procedures, awareness, training, resources and compliance programs for staff at all levels of the organization.

  • Reports status of Corporate Travel goals and projects to leadership on a regular basis, including presentations and oral and written updates.

  • Maintains current knowledge of travel best practices and advises department leadership regarding changes in practice and prospective impacts on ALSAC's CTP.

  • Certified Travel Industry Executive (CTIE), Certificate in Corporate Travel Execution (CCTE) or Certified Travel Associate (CTA) preferred.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Software - Must possess working knowledge of the Egencia online booking tool.

  • Project Management - Knowledge of project management fundamentals; experience managing multiple projects with significant scope that cut across multiple departments or functions; proven ability to deliver breakthrough results.

  • Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good presentation skills, and able to collaborate at all levels of the organization.

  • Passion - Must be self-motivated, have initiative, and have a positive personality.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years experience providing direct traveler support, managing a travel program or equivalent experience.
