Description:


Patient Access Analyst: Cadence/ ADT/GC Application Analyst; Prelude experience would be a bonus. Mid to Senior Level We are looking for a person that has experience with mainly referrals, with ASA table experience and has Cadence/ADT/GC. The prelude would be a bonus. Minimum of 5 years of experience and at least 2 full life cycle implementations. 3 Month Assignment for our OneBILH Project - Epic Implementation Travel: Follows project travel schedule - (approx. 25%) - required for Monthly Onsite Meetings, will be required to be onsite for go live 10/25 - 11/8 (Onsite compliance items required, COVID and Flu Vaccines required) - Vaccination required

Day to Day Tasks: Work on Tickets for Cadence/Referrals Appt Conversion, Post appt conversion support Work with Analysts for anything Cadence/Referrals Work with Project Analysts to assist them on their Cadence and Referral Needs.

Key Knowledge: Scheduling, Service level auths, ASA Table knowledge and experience, Appt Conversion, Go Lives

  • Responsible for supporting the successful identification, analysis, build, testing, training, and implementation of ADT/Cadence/Prelude build
  • Work directly with all applications teams to ensure that interface builds stays on track according to project timelines and delivers the specified interface scope
  • Escalate any issues or risks to the ADT/Cadence/Prelude Access Director immediately after identification and actively participate in migration strategy and issue resolution
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish all assigned tasks
  • Mentor other colleagues on the team to ensure successful knowledge sharing is occurring Perform other duties as required/assigned for the successful installation of the ADT/Cadence/Prelude applications

Job Overview

The Patient Access Analyst will work primarily with healthcare applications, specifically Cadence, ADT (Admission, Discharge, Transfer), and GC (General Care) systems. Experience with Prelude is a bonus. This role is mid to senior level and requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, including two full implementations of these systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Ticket Management: Handle issues related to Cadence and referrals by working on support tickets.
  • Appointment Conversion: Assist in converting appointments and providing support after appointments are converted.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other analysts and project teams to address needs related to Cadence and referrals.
  • Implementation Support: Be involved in the identification, analysis, testing, training, and implementation of the relevant systems.
  • Issue Escalation: Report any problems or risks immediately to the Access Director and help with solutions.
  • Mentorship: Help train and guide other team members.
Mandatory Skills
  1. Experience with Healthcare Applications:
    • Proficiency in Cadence, ADT, GC applications.
    • Familiarity with ASA tables (used for scheduling).
  2. Appointment Management:
    • Knowledge of appointment conversion processes.
  3. Project Implementation:
    • Experience in at least two full life cycle implementations of healthcare applications.
  4. Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and escalate when necessary.
  5. Collaboration Skills:
    • Work well both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Travel Requirement:
    • Willingness to travel approximately 25% for onsite meetings and during the go-live period from October 25 to November 8.
  7. Compliance Awareness:
    • Understanding of compliance requirements such as COVID-19 and flu vaccinations for onsite work.
