Job description


We are looking for a Brands IT Analyst who will report to the Senior Manager of Brands IT. The analyst supports all Brands Team initiatives and provides world-class support for all Brands. The goal is to add to the team allowing us the ability to work more closely across all Brands.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Vendor Relationships - Work with the various vendors to support the business objectives across the family of Brands. Serve as a point of escalation for the Brands and engage IT Management as necessary.

Brand Support at the Home Office - This person would be a point of contact for a Brand's IT team when they reach out for assistance. The person in this role will help coordinate with the various teams and follow up to ensure the Brand gets the help they need. This role also represents the Brands on routine items such as:

Change management - This person will attend the weekly change management call with knowledge of what is going on across all Brands. Each Brand would continue to represent themselves

Vendor Review - This role would proactively work with the Brands to identify vendors that have not gone through the review process and assist the Brands in completing that work

Technical Calls with Brands - Attend weekly calls between the internal client teams and the Brands to ensure we are keeping the Brands' business needs at the forefront

Domestic/International Franchise support

Project Related Functions-

Work with the Data Services Team to understand the Brands' reporting needs. The goal is to have this person help the Data Team build a single source of reporting for all Brands

Work with the Business Driving Technology team to help identify issues and create permanent solutions. For example, reducing the number of required data fixes

Update and maintain the Brands Acquisition Document that we can share with the Brands to help streamline the conversion process

Reporting assistance - This position owns the weekly Brands IT report and Technology slides from Brands IT for the technology update. The role involves routinely working with each Brand to develop the reports. Helping the Brands understand the content and audience of reports.

Experience Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess the following.

A drive to provide excellent customer service

The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

A four-year college degree, preferably in Information Technology

At least 5 years of industry experience with a solid understanding of business practices. The successful candidate has worked with business leadership to deliver technology solutions that drive business growth

Significant experience with the various CRM software packages in the industry including features, functionality, and configuration. This should include data migrations either via acquisition or internal growth

Experience managing vendor relationships to accomplish the business goals

Solid oral and written communication skills. The candidate should be proficient in Office 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

The ability to travel up to 10%
