Overview:
Provide high-level administrative support to Rachel Cathy in both her Staff role and in support of her various responsibilities within the Cathy Family Enterprise. This person will manage calendars, plan meetings and events, research and provide technical solutions in a paperless environment, and perform additional administrative functions. S/he will be interacting regularly with Staff members at all levels of the organization, Chick-fil-A Operators, and outside individuals and organizations as needed. This role requires a focus on both results and relationships. Teams at Chick-fil-A work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative manner. Often the responsibilities of Rachel require real-time prioritization and flexibility on the part of this role.

This position is based in the Chick-fil-A Support Center in Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:
• Calendar management and maintenance. Mastery of Microsoft Office / Outlook is required
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents using Microsoft Suite.
• Help coordinate logistics as needed, including working with vendors, setting date/time, coordinating schedules, hosting, and providing on-site support.
• Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time
• Make travel arrangements and complete expense reports
• Conduct research and compile data for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, • and boards of directors. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and design professional documents as needed.
• Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
• Prepare responses to correspondence as needed.
• Interact with Operators and others.
• Communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
• Identify information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years' experience providing administrative / project support
• Expert level technology (computer) and documentation skills including Microsoft Office
• Desire to learn new technology and adopt as appropriate

• Experience managing multiple projects independently and simultaneously

• Experience handling highly confidential information
• Thoughtful and clear communicator with attention to detail and timely responsiveness; Strong verbal and written communication skills and judgment
• High level of professionalism and tact in communication and presentation

• Self-starter, team-oriented leader
• Works efficiently and proactively to ensure work is done, not just to completeness, but with excellence; Goes above and beyond in exceeding expectations
• Experience using effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations
