Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a well-known property management company in the metro Atlanta area. They are looking to add an Accounting Supervisor to the team and will move quickly for the right candidate.

The Accounting Supervisor's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monthly closing duties to include account reconciliations, preparing and posting journal entries, creation and review of financial statements and other management reports.
• Monitor daily accounting activities such as A/R and A/P processing and vendor management
• Analyze financial statements for accuracy and variance analysis
• Mentor, train, and supervise a team of 2+
• Maintain adherence to GAAP and documented policies and procedures
• Special projects and ad hoc reporting as requested
• Other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications of the Accounting Supervisor:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years similar experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• High degree of proficiency with Excel and accounting software
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
