We seek a detail-oriented and organized Closeout Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects by managing the final stages of project closure.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers to coordinate and track project closure activities.

Document Control: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including permits, licenses, and as-built drawings.

Procurement and Inventory: Manage purchase orders /Invoices and optimize materials and equipment.

Financial Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into multiple systems, similar to Oracle, SAP, and others.

Telecom Data Analysis: Analyze telecom information and plans to ensure compliance with project requirements.

OOM Management: Track and manage outstanding orders and materials.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience with financial systems (Equal to Oracle, SAP, etc.)

Knowledge of the telecom industry and related documentation- advantage

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
