Responsibilities:
Hours of operation: 8:30am - 5pm

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position is mainly involved in the day to day activities related to banking and investment activities under Trustbridge, Inc. and the Foundation.

Primary functions include assisting in the preparation of daily cash transactions, monitoring and reviewing investments; preparing investment reports and assisting role in the preparation of budget.

Other responsibilities include assisting with financial analysis and financial reporting, fund accounting and account reconciliations as well as a supporting role for other duties as required.

Qualifications:

Education/Regulatory Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in either finance, accounting, economics is preferred.

Skills:

Three years' experience performing treasury functions, investment analysis and financial analysis or other advanced accounting functions, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Expertise with computer based financial applications, including Microsoft Dynamics GP, budget forecasting tools.

Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010, with advanced knowledge of spreadsheet functions and analysis tools.

Familiar with analysis of investments instruments and investment markets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional Requirements:Displays professional demeanor and maintains confidentiality.

Language Skills:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
