We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee the construction of projects in West Palm Beach, including schools, municipal buildings, and general commercial developments. Candidates must have extensive experience with tilt-wall construction and a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies at all times.
  • Review project plans and specifications, providing expertise in tilt-wall construction techniques.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, manage scheduling, and solve any on-site issues to avoid project delays.
  • Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless execution.

Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent in the construction industry, with significant experience in tilt-wall construction.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale projects such as schools, municipal buildings, and commercial facilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple subcontractors efficiently.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and local building codes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver who can handle project challenges calmly and professionally.
