Overview:

TAMPA, FL (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED) - Active South Tampa family seeking PART-TIME HOUSEHOLD MANAGER/MOTHERS HELPER for their 3 kids (10year-old boy, 8year-old boy, 6year-old girl). The perfect candidate would be hard-working, willing to support the needs of the entire family. The children have lots of various activities after school and the mother's helper would need to help the mom balance out the needs of the household, while mom is caring for the kids while getting kids to and from engagements.

The hours are mainly 12/1-4/5 pm, Monday - Friday with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Duties include running errands, cooking for children and family, laundry for the family (put away properly), straightening up the home each day, light cleaning, serving and cleaning up after dinner(mom prepares most dinners), dropping off dry cleaning, and assisting with after school snacks, and schedules. The candidate will have a strong belief in faith and support the children's Christian schooling.

There are 3 animals in the home (1 dog and 2 cats) that may need care while the nanny is there. The family may also need the house manager to care for the pets while they are out of town. The family has a pool, so the candidate needs to be a strong swimmer. The candidate should have a passport, or willingness to acquire a passport.

The preference is for the house manager to use their own vehicle and the family will pay reimbursement at the Standard Federal Rate when appropriate.

This position is currently live-out and the family is not currently willing to offer any relocation. Benefits include 5 days PTO + 3 paid sick days. Start date is ASAP. Pay is $25-30hr based on experience.

Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree AA in related field of study

CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

A passion for working with children

Two+ years childcare experience

Excellent work and personal references

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Competent swimmer

Non-smoker

Willing to go through extensive Background Check

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

Willingness to show proof of immunizations

No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
