Responsibilities:
The Supply Chain Specialist will work closely with Corporate and Clinical teams to monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across the organization.

As a Supply Chain Specialist at United Vein and Vascular Center, you will be based at our home office, providing critical support to our field teams across our fleet of 40+ locations across the US. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing order requests, placing orders for specialty supplies, and following up on shipments to ensure our clinical teams have the necessary materials to care for our patients. You will also coordinate the shipment of larger materials and equipment, troubleshoot any issues that arise, work with key stakeholders across the organization, and ensure we provide our teams with the tools they need to perform their job.

In addition to supporting daily clinical operations, you will play a key role in the launch of new clinics in different markets. This will involve procuring all supplies and equipment needed for site setup, coordinating deliveries to align with clinic openings, and collaborating with an experienced supply team dedicated to supporting our clinical teams. Your efforts will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and success of our clinical operations.

Source products and obtain documentation that meets company's and client's specifications.

Monitor and maintain supplier pricing information.

Work closely with Project Management, Finance, Clinical, and Sourcing teams to ensure on time launch of projects, quotes, sales, and order processing.

Manage inventory levels at multiple clinics.

Set up and track freight.

Process invoices and place purchase orders.

Order entry and account management for clinics.

Special projects assigned by the Sr. Director of Business Operations and Field Enablement.

Inventory system implementation.

New process implementation and training.

Support field enablement team in the setup and launch of new clinic sites across different markets as needed.

Other duties as assigned.

Maintains the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with UVVC policies, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and other applicable laws and regulations. PHI is a top priority of our organization.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree is preferred.

1-2 years of supply chain experience required.

CMRP designation preferred but not required.

Healthcare supply chain purchasing experience preferred.

Intermediate to expert skills with Excel, Word, and ENVI software preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Able to communicate ideas and contribute effectively to the department.

Must have the ability to listen and understand the customer (both internal and external) and making the customer's satisfaction a high priority in all areas of responsibility but within the constraints of delegated authority.

Strong attention to detail with ability to effectively monitor quality and accuracy.

Ability to troubleshoot, think logically through processes, determine issues for resolution, communicate options effectively as needed, and bring issues to close.

Must be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Proactively handle assigned duties and take ownership for outcomes and needed follow up.

Ability to analyze and prioritize needs.

Excellent analytical skills, understanding key metrics and importance of accuracy in reporting.

Excellent interpersonal skills to aid in team building and cooperative outcomes.

Dependable; able to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards for the role.
